4.If you are using an Apple laptop, you need to note that double-clicking on this product is equivalent to the heavy press (drag) gesture on the laptop trackpad, with no vibration feedback (analog pressure-sensitive).
Connection Description:
1.Windows system support 2.4G + Bluetooth connection + Type-C wired three kinds of connection mode.
2.Ipados and Macos systems only support 2.4G wireless + Type-C wired connection.Bluetooth connection is not supported for use.
(2.4G+Type-C wired connection mode supports lpados and Macos system native gestures. Bluetooth mode ipad does not support drag (hold down the left mouse button) related gestures, other gestures are supported; Macos system bluetooth connection will be recognized as a wonderful control mouse, only move the mouse cursor function and does not support any gesture operation).

Operating System Requirements:
1.MacOS 10.11 or later.
2.iPad0S 13.4 or later.
3.Windows 8/10/11 (win7 is not supported).

To use the full functionality of your trackpad with gestures, update to the latest version of your operating system.
Function And Usage Instructions:
Connect the trackpad to your device.
USB-C Cable Wired Connection
1.Flip the switch to center.
2.Plug one end of the cable into the trackpad’s USB-C port and the other end into your device’s USB port.
3.If your device only has a USB-C port, use the provided USB-A to USB-C adapter.
2.4GHz Wireless Connection
1.Slide the switch to 2.4GHZ wireless mode.
2.Plug the 2.4Ghz wireless receiver into the device you want to use the trackpad with and the trackpad will automatically connect.
3.If your device only has a USB-C port, use the provided USB-A to USB-C adapter.
(If the touchpad indicator light flashes green, it means the receiver cannot be detected. Please move the touchpad closer to the receiver and check whether the receiver is firmly inserted.)
Bluetooth Wireless Connection (Version 5.0 Or Higher)
1.Slide the switch to Bluetooth mode.
2.Long press the multi-function button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. When the indicator light flashes, it can be searched and paired.
3.Search for the Bluetooth device named “Function Trackpad” on your system to connect to it.
Windows System Bluetooth Setting Path:
Select the Start menu bar > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Turn on Bluetooth > Add.
Please note: Gestures cannot be enabled when using a Bluetooth connected trackpad on MacOS.
Do not use Bluetooth to connect to Mac. If it is already connected, please ignore it according to the path below.
Select Menu > System Settings > Bluetooth > Connect Devices > Exclamation mark on the right side of Function Trackpad > Forget this device

Important Tips:This product does not support physical pressing or vibration feedback.
This touchpad uses light-tap operation gestures, eliminating the traditional notebook’s mechanical pressing operation method at the lower left and right corners (no longer supported!). You can click anywhere on the touchpad to operate the left and right mouse buttons without heavy pressure. Single-finger click is the left mouse button, and two-finger click is the right mouse button. See the gesture operation instructions below for details.
Windows system touchpad settings.
1.Setting path: Window System Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
2.Change cursor speed: This parameter is similar to the mouse DPI. If you feel uncomfortable/unresponsive when using the touchpad, it is probably because the cursor speed is not set properly. You can try to adjust this parameter to a comfortable value for you.
3.Touchpad sensitivity: Generally set to medium or low, and can be set according to personal habits.
4.Customize and enable gestures: Please check the system default option at the bottom of the touchpad settings.
√A one-finger tap represents a left-click of the mouse.
√Tapping the touchpad with two fingers is equivalent to right-clicking a mouse.
√Click twice and drag to select multiple items.
√Drag two fingers to scroll.
√Use pinch gestures to zoom.
The remaining multi-finger gestures can be set according to personal habits or use the default options.
For example: If you need to hold down the middle mouse button, you can set the three-finger click action to the middle mouse button in “Advanced Gesture Configuration” on the right side of the settings page.
Apple Devices/Mac OS
Important Tips:This product does not support the vibration feedback (hard press) function of the Apple Magic Trackpad.
If you need vibration feedback, it is recommended to purchase the Apple Magic Trackpad directly.
Mac OS System Trackpad Settings
Before using the trackpad on Mac OS, please make sure to enable the following features:
1.Drag function: Generally it is turned off by default. Please be sure to turn on this function as soon as possible before using it to avoid affecting the operating experience. To turn it on, go to System Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control > Trackpad Options > Turn on “Use trackpad to drag” (you can choose to lock or unlock the drag according to your habit).
2.Secondary click: Here the system default setting is “two-finger click or tap”.
3.Tap to click (single-finger tap): This function switch needs to be turned on. Assisted click/tap to click setting path: Apple menu > System Settings > Trackpad
4.Tracking speed: This parameter is similar to the mouse DPI. If you feel uncomfortable/unresponsive when using the touchpad, it is probably because the tracking speed is not set properly. You can try to adjust this parameter to a comfortable value for you.
5.Gesture adjustment: Other MacOS gestures can be reset according to personal habits in the Mac system settings. Setting path: System Settings>Touchpad>Cursor and Click/Scroll Zoom/More Gestures.
This product does not support Bluetooth connection using the following Magic Control gestures under MacOS! Please do not connect Bluetooth!
MacOS operation gestures: single-finger tap is the left mouse button, double-finger tap is the right mouse button, and holding down the left and right buttons is a single-finger or two-finger double-click (the drag function needs to be turned on in advance).
If the device you need to connect is an Apple laptop, you can turn on the drag function according to the above instructions, and try using the tap gesture in the picture above on the laptop to see if you can adapt to it. Do not press hard when operating. The tap gesture on the trackpad is the same as on the laptop, and they are all native gestures.
Apple Devices/iPad Os System
IPad users should choose this product with caution! (It is recommended to use the Magic Keyboard with a touchpad that comes with the iPad) If you use this product on an iPad, you need to use a wired typec or 2.4G connection to support all gesture operations. The click-and-drag (hold down the left mouse button to drag and select) gesture operation is not supported when connected to Bluetooth! (So old iPads without a Typec interface do not support the use of this product. If you really need to use it with Bluetooth, please confirm in advance whether you accept that the touchpad does not support holding down the left mouse button to drag and select text and apps.
iPad OS System Touchpad Settings
Before using the touchpad on IPados, please be sure to turn on the following functions:
1.Drag function: Generally it is turned off by default. Please be sure to turn it on before use to avoid affecting the operation experience. To turn it on, go to System Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control > Double-tap to drag > Do not use/Use drag lock (do not choose to turn it off).
(There is no such option in the pointer control settings when the iPad is connected via Bluetooth, so use Bluetooth connection with caution!)
2.Two-finger assisted tap: The function switch here needs to be turned on.
3.Tap to click: The function switch here needs to be turned on.
